Gite La Varenne welcomes you to Igornay, in the heart of Burgundy. This 120 sqm converted barn comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The well-equipped kitchen includes a filter coffee machine, and the home is heated by a central heating system on gas as well as a large wood fireplace. Amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls and streaming, a TV with streaming capabilities, a fan, a washing machine, a dryer, a dedicated workspace, and a highchair. You will also find books and games for children. Step outside to your private enclosed garden, offering plenty of shade and several seating areas. A private grill is at your disposal for outdoor meals. The covered fresh water pool, approximately 6 by 4 meters and 1.20 meters deep, is located just behind the property with a sitting area alongside it. The pool cover passively heats the water with sunlight. Two parking spaces are available on-site. Up to two pets are welcome for an extra fee.
